Imam več kot 15 let izkušenj na področju vodenja, organizacije dela, finančnega načrtovanja, poslovnega svetovanja, izvajanja splošnih nalog regionalnega razvoja, priprave investicijske dokumentacije in javnih naročil ter izvajanja in vodenja nacionalnih in EU projektov, pa tudi pri programiranju in strateškem načrtovanju. Aktivno sodelujem pri izvajanju soupravljanja in nadzora izvajanja območnega načrta za pravični prehod premogovne regije SAŠA, kakor tudi pri aktivnostih v sklopu pravičnega prehoda. Prepričana sem, da je pravični prehod ključen za trajnostni razvoj regije in ustvarjanje priložnosti za vse prebivalce. Moje poslanstvo je spodbujanje trajnostnega razvoja in oblikovanje okolja, kjer sta dobrobit posameznika in skupnosti v ospredju, z namenom izboljšati kakovost življenja za vse.
