Free training with a certificate, where you’ll get practical answers to questions about how to plan projects and prepare grant applications in practice, and how to successfully secure funding. The certificate is issued by an accredited institution authorized to conduct training leading to an EU Certificate.
Competencies acquired:
- monitors national and European Union policies on a just and green transition
- monitors relevant calls for proposals based on its organization’s interests in the area of a just and green transition
- prepare the project in accordance with the project logic—the project’s intervention logic—and in accordance with the European Commission’s project management methodology (PM2)
- prepare the substantive, administrative, and financial aspects of the project application
- establish and lead a project team
- coordinates the preparation of interim reports and the final report
- plans to use or apply the project results
Who is the training intended for?
- Anyone with at least a Level V education (high school, secondary vocational-technical education, secondary technical education, or other specialized education).
- Preference is given to employees and scholarship students in their final years of study at companies or public institutions in the SAŠA region, as well as employees at companies whose purpose is to develop business within the SAŠA region.

Urška Ošljak, Head of Development at CresCo, a company specializing in development opportunities, d. o. o., and lecturer on project management for development projects and programs. Her lectures are based on 20 years of practical experience in successfully securing European funds and various forms of financing for public and private sector operations.
