Co-management of the Just Transition Fund
The SAŠA Development Agency, together with the managing authority (MA)—the Ministry of Cohesion and Regional Development—and the intermediate bodies (IBs), participates in the co-management of the Just Transition Fund.

- Participates in planning the implementation system for the just transition;
- Cooperates with the managing authority in activities at the regional level to ensure partnership;
- Is a member of the Monitoring Committee for the EKP 21-27 Programme;
- participates in the preparation and revision of the TJTP SAŠA;
- Cooperates with intermediary bodies in the selection of operations;
- Reviews and provides opinions on the compliance of applications for support decisions;
- monitors the implementation of the TJTP SAŠA and prepares reports for the managing authority;
- Cooperates with the managing authority and intermediary bodies in evaluating the implementation of the TJTP SAŠA.
