The SAŠA Development Agency, within which the SAŠA Centre for Just Transition operates, as a reflection of the situation on the ground in the SAŠA region at the time of preparing the call for proposals to promote investment for economic restructuring and the call for proposals for development, research, innovation, demonstration and pilot projects in the Zasavska and Savinjska-Šaleška coal mining regions within the framework of the Just Transition Fund for the period 2024-2027, is once again conducting a survey of project ideas from companies located in the SAŠA region or planning to carry out economic activities there in the future.
Data collection is carried out in accordance with the tasks of the SAŠA Centre for Just Transition to provide information on the situation in the region using a bottom-up approach. The list of projects covers investment projects as well as RRI, DEMO, and PILOT project ideas.
