The Centre for Just Transition, which operates within the Savinjska-Šaleška Region Development Agency, will hold three related workshops in November on the topic of sustainable solutions for the green transition of companies:

- ESG reporting workshop, 20 November 2024, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 2024, (9:00-12:00)
- Sustainable business strategy workshop, 27 November 2024, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 2024, (9:00-12:00)
The workshops are related, and participants may attend one or all three.

ORGANISER
Infinite Pure Solutions offers training and workshops to help people understand sustainability standards and obligations. CONTENTS OF THE LCA ANALYSIS WORKSHOP
LCA analysis (Life Cycle Assessment) is a method for assessing the environmental impact of a product throughout its entire life cycle, from raw material extraction to disposal.
It helps companies make more sustainable decisions and is key to developing a sustainable strategy.
Benefits of LCA analysis:
- Environmental footprint assessment: Helps identify where the greatest environmental impacts occur in a product’s life cycle. Helps compare products, processes, or services.
- Data basis for improvements: Based on the results, companies can more easily identify opportunities for improvement, such as reducing emissions or making better use of resources—sustainable product design (Eco design).
- Cost reduction: More efficient use of raw materials and energy can reduce production costs.

LECTURERS
Tina Štrukelj, M.A., has a master’s degree in law and has worked in the energy sector for many years. In recent years, she has been focusing on promoting understanding of sustainable business development. Through her own company, Infinite Pure Solutions, she focuses primarily on calculating and reducing the carbon and other environmental impacts of companies and their products, as well as introducing effective and transparent sustainability reporting for companies.
Dr. Tanja Tajnik is a university-graduate biologist and doctor of science in the field of the environment, specialising in sustainable environmental practices. Her work covers life cycle assessments (LCA), the “Do No Significant Harm” (DNSH) principle, and climate proofing analyses.
REGISTRATION
The workshops are free of charge for all participants, but registration via the online form is mandatory. We accept registrations until Friday, 8 November 2024, or until all available places are filled. The number of participants in each group is limited. Cancellations are accepted up to 4 days before the scheduled date.
