Become a certified Just Transition Project Manager
We have prepared training courses for the title of “Just Transition Project Manager” with a certificate, where you will receive practical answers to questions on how to plan projects and applications for calls for proposals in practice and how to successfully draw down funds without having to repay them.
Under the Just Transition Fund in Slovenia, EUR 258 million in EU funding is available until 2030, and up to EUR 90 billion within the EU. Do not be among those who do not apply for EU funds due to a lack of qualified staff. Empower your organisation with EU funds!

There are two training dates available, in September or October. Each date is a complete course (participants choose one date).

PROGRAMME
The Centre for Just Transition will offer training courses leading to a certificate as “Just Transition Project Manager,” which will give project managers an overview of potential funding sources and facilitate the process of applying for public calls for proposals and implementing projects. You will learn:
- how to plan just transition projects so that they add value to the organisation and are not a burden,
- how to obtain funding and how to successfully apply for a just transition project,
- how to successfully draw down available funds and avoid having to return money.
Acquire practical knowledge to apply for calls for proposals immediately!
Who is the training intended for?
Formal requirement: Minimum of a level V education.
Preference is given to employees and scholarship students in their final years of study at companies or public institutions in the SAŠA region, as well as employees at companies whose purpose is to develop business within the SAŠA region.
Participants take an exam on the last day of training to obtain a certificate. If a participant decides not to take the exam, they will only receive a certificate of attendance.
LECTURER
Urška Ošljak, Head of Development at CresCo, a development opportunities company, Secretary General of TERIS, and project expert at the University of Maribor, lecturer in project management of development projects and programmes. Her lectures are based on 18 years of practical experience in successfully drawing on European funds and various forms of financing for public and private sector operations.
